For expedited shipping over 25 days, we will refund the shipping cost to customers. If it is not delivered after 60 days, we can arrange a resend or full refund!

We usually process returns/exchanges within 48 hours after receiving your package.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, and we continually work to deliver the highest quality products possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for another style within 30 days after receiving your order.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
Except for quality issues, special product clearance sale items are not included in the return policy. If your order has been paid through store credit or coupon code only, please note that all products become final sale or clearance sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable in most cases.

To return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
Mail your return to the address provided to you by email.
Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

REFUNDS

A tracking number is required once you send it back. Otherwise, the order will lose the refund service.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.

  • The return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you return an item or receive a refund, any applicable sales tax will be refunded to your original payment method in accordance with local laws.

  • Except for quality issues, special merchandise is not part of the return policy.
  • Please note that store credits cannot be exchanged for cash. Also, if your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for free return.
